Life is full of the weird and wonderful and yet we constantly look for the fantasy. Fiction is a beautiful thing, the human imagination is a beautiful thing, actually. I wish I had the ability to create something that is purely my own. My creation that everyone loves and thinks it's the next best thing.
Although in this day and age anyone can write a subpar fictional piece based a your overly sexualised fan fiction on a terrible series of books, yes I am looking at you E. L. James. And yet human imagination is still one of the greatest things.
Fictional characters are sometimes are so developed they feel real, as if an old friend or a lover. So perfect and yet flawed. Sometimes better than real life. Actually most of the time better than real life but of course it's not real life and no matter how much we try it's not going to be real. You will never touch them or feel and be angry with them because they are not real.
